LAURION announces details regarding the annual and special meeting of shareholders

Laurion Mineral Exploration Inc. (TSXV: LME) (OTCPINK: LMEFF) (“LAURION” or the “Company”) will hold its annual and special meeting of shareholders (the “Meeting”) on Tuesday July 6, 2021 at 11:00 am (Eastern time). As a precaution, to proactively address potential issues arising from the continued public health impact of COVID-19 while allowing greater participation of LAURION shareholders, the Meeting will be held in a virtual format only.

The Meeting will allow shareholders to listen to the deliberations and vote via the web platform. Details for shareholders and interested parties to attend the virtual meeting can be found below. Participants are encouraged to log in approximately 15 minutes before the start time.

Instructions for joining the Assembly:

In order to simplify the virtual meeting process, the Company strongly encourages shareholders to vote before the meeting using the voting instruction form (“” VIF “) and the form of proxy for the meeting, which are available on SEDAR at www.sedar.com and also to https://docs.tsxtrust.com/2025 . Proxies must be filed with the Company’s transfer agent and registrar, TSX Trust Company (“” TSX Trust “), on or before 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) at July 2, 2021 .

Registered shareholders entitled to vote at the Meeting can attend and vote at the Meeting virtually by following the steps described below:

  1. Type https://virtual-meetings.tsxtrust.com/en/1164 on your browser at least 15 minutes before the start of the Meeting.
  2. Click on “I have a control number”.
  3. Enter your 12-digit control number (on your proxy form).
  4. Enter the password: laurion2021 (case sensitive).
  5. When the ballot is open, click on the “Vote” icon. To vote, simply select your voting direction from the options displayed on the screen and click “Send”. A confirmation message will appear to indicate that your vote has been received.

Beneficial shareholders entitled to vote at the Meeting can vote at the Meeting virtually by following the steps described below:

  1. Designate yourself as proxyholder by writing your name in the space provided on the proxy form or VIF.
  2. Sign it and send it to your intermediary, respecting the voting deadline and the instructions for depositing on the VIF.
  3. Obtain a control number by contacting TSX Trust by emailing [email protected] the “Control Number Request” form, located here https://tsxtrust.com/resource/en/75 .
  4. Type https://virtual-meetings.tsxtrust.com/en/1164 on your browser at least 15 minutes before the start of the Meeting.
  5. Click on “I have a control number”.
  6. Enter the control number provided by [email protected]
  7. Enter the password: laurion2021 (case sensitive).
  8. When the ballot is open, click on the “Vote” icon. To vote, simply select your voting direction from the options displayed on the screen and click Submit. A confirmation message will appear to indicate that your vote has been received.

If you are a registered shareholder and wish to nominate someone else (other than the management nominees) to vote online at the meeting, you must first submit your proxy indicating who you are nominating. You or your appointee must then register with TSX Trust prior to the Meeting by emailing [email protected] the “Control Number Request” form, located at https://tsxtrust.com/resource/en/75 .
